Mandy's Homemade Chai Tea Mix

Mandy's Homemade Chai Tea Mix

I have been really lucky to have encountered some great clients throughout my work experiences. You can say some have become like family to me.

Yesterday, a family I represented a few years ago met up to discuss possible home options. It was so nice to see them again and see how much the kids have grown! I was so touched when they said they had brought a gift for me.  It was a container filled with one of my favorite things to drink - Chai Tea mix. You see, when I was showing them homes a few years ago, I always had my Chai Tea Latte with me and they remembered how much I loved drinking it. What I loved so much was that they took the time to make me the mix from scratch!

Mandy was kind enough to share the recipe with me and I will pay it forward to share with you all. This is especially amazing after coming home from being outside in the rain and cold all day.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I am/will! Thank you Mandy!

Hugs, Mama K

1 ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Depending on the size of the blender, you may need to blend half the ingredients at a time and then gently mix them all together in a large bowl. If doing two batches, try to blend both batches to the same consistency to allow for a smoother finish. Blend to a fine powder - about 1-2 minutes of blending.

To Drink:

Add a couple heaping teaspoons to a mug of hot water, milk or almond milk and take a minute to just relax.
